Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This applies to all customers, regardless of location.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at info@pocketpuppyschool.com before the 14-day period expires. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Digital Products For digital products, by proceeding with the purchase you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content. By doing so, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at info@pocketpuppyschool.com with your order details. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused, with tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
If more than 14 calendar days have passed since we received your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pocketpuppyschool.com.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised products
- Sealed personal care goods that have been opened
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items and gift cards
- Digital products where download or streaming has begun (see above)
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.
Uncollected Packages If a package is not collected within the carrier's holding period and is returned to us, we are not responsible for issuing a refund or providing a replacement item free of charge. Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
