Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly — we'll keep you informed if this happens.
Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee applies based on the item(s) ordered. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Carriers We ship worldwide using Omniva. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Estonia & Baltic states: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Customs, Duties & Import Fees For orders shipped outside the European Union, your package may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. These delays are outside our control and we are unable to take responsibility for them. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Digital Products Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping times or fees.
Uncollected Packages If a package is not collected within the carrier's holding period and is returned to us, we are not responsible for issuing a refund or providing a replacement item free of charge. Any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
