If you are unsure whether or not you want to order any of our customized products - then with this purchase you can see your design without committing fully.

When you order the Personalized Design Preview, just upload a picture of your dog or your favourite memory with your dog and choose which product design you want.

We will send you a watermarked preview of your design on your selected product to your email. If you love the design and decide to order the product, you will get a 5$ discount from your order. 

This enables you to see what your custom design would look like on the item, without having to blindly order the product and not knowing what the end result would look like.

* We would love to show you the preview of your design automatically here in the store, but because we do these things by hand, and not through AI, it's not possible. Handmade designs take time and effort.

• When will I get my design?
  • We promise to send you back the design in 3 working days.
• Does the designing process only cost 5$?
  • No, it costs more. We just believe that you will like it so much that you will order a full product.
• How much is the discount?
  • If you paid 5$ here, then the hoodie, for example, will cost 5$ less for you.
• What if I don't like the design?
  • Then let us know what exactly you would like us to change and when you order the full product, we can do the tiny improvements.
• Can I send multiple pictures?
  • Multiple pictures require multiple designs, each design requires a separate purchase. So if you want to see different options, then of course, send them our way with separate orders. But for starters, we just recommend choosing your best picture.
• What if I want to just get the design, without any physical product?
  • You can order the downloadable design without the watermark from HERE.
